Qura is a local ordering and delivery platform project being established in Egypt. For questions about your personal information: support@quraegypt.com.

2. Information we collect

For partner and home-based business applications, we collect applicant name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, type, location, product description and optional social media links. For riders, we collect contact details, city and vehicle type. For careers, we collect contact details, area of interest, experience and an optional CV. For launch alerts, we collect your email address and consent.

3. Why we use your information

We use this information to review applications, contact applicants, prepare for launch and send launch news and offers only to people who explicitly opt in. We also use technical measures to help protect the website against abuse and automated submissions. Signing up for launch alerts is separate from applying to join.

4. Processing and storage

Information may be processed by technical service providers, including Netlify for hosting and handling forms when enabled. Processing may include technical logs needed for operations and security. Service providers may host infrastructure outside Egypt.

5. Launch emails and offers

We add you to launch emails only with your explicit consent through the alerts form. You may ask us to stop emails or remove your address at support@quraegypt.com. We will not automatically use a partner or job application email for marketing without separate consent.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for its purposes and applicable legal obligations. We periodically review the need for it and delete or anonymize information when no longer needed, unless the law requires otherwise.

The published website uses HTTPS, and we aim to restrict access to authorized people. No technical system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send sensitive documents or banking details through our forms.

You may request access, correction, deletion or object to the use of your information as permitted by applicable law, using the email address above. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request to protect your privacy.

The website may use Google-hosted fonts and third-party hosting, security and form services. Such providers may collect technical information under their own policies. This version does not include dedicated marketing tracking tools.

10. Scope and updates

This policy applies only to our pre-launch website and its forms. Separate, more detailed policies may be needed for the customer, partner and rider apps after launch.
